u'Stain Correctional Aid and Rehabilitation Effort (SC4RE) has its beginnings with people who had left nothing else to save but each other. It started from a small program started by members of the families that had survived the atrocities of the constant state of anarchy caused by the Sansha Nation Rebels under the tyrannical regime of Sansha Kuvakei. Over time the program got recognition from humanitarian and government agencies and emerged as the first official Organization to resist Sansha regime with both a humanitarian and military objectives and achieved enormous success in controlling the plague of Sansha incursions to spread over New Eden.

Sansha adapted and planned to infiltrate the program by brain washing relief workers from the neighbouring regions while avoiding detection. Spies were sent across the galaxy with a new type of device to infiltrate the program. They pretended to be selling high tech implants with a form of embedded artificial intelligence that could learn from the behaviour of the capsuleer and correct any micro lapses in judgment thereby increasing various traits of the wearer. The price and availability of this implant was controlled to ensure that it was available only to members of the program.

In reality, this implant was the result of Sansha research on extending their brain implant technology to create a device that could captured the unique signature of an individual\u2019s central nervous system after that individual had been wearing it for some time. Once Sansha felt they had the signals for the majority of the organization they eliminated their targets. At the moment of their death, this device would activate on it\u2019s own power reserve and keep transmitting the signal it had acquired from it\u2019s subject over this time. This would make it look like the individual was in good health and hence prevent any clone activation. This plan was succeeded brilliantly and within a week, most agent working for the program were assassinated. Only a few agents who had actively refused to wear any implants ever managed to survive. This also involved some of the top strategic officials who never needed to wear implants as they were mostly involved in creating a strategy against Sansha and not flying ships. This remaining core of the organization had one last meeting before they went in hiding never to be seen again. All communications between these members have ceased. All records of activities and dealings of their organization have been erased. All efforts to search for these individuals have met with failure. Some say, the last few silently train the skills they have never needed in their old careers. Some say they have a date in their mind when they will meet again.

Those that roam certain regions of space talk of hearing spoken words over frequencies that are too close to various natural phenomenon to contain anything of value other than static. The most paranoid and strong willed of those have been trying to find meaning in those frequencies. They rush towards the sources of these frequencies even after repeated attempts to tell them there is nothing of value there. They are the ones who told me the tale written above.

Everyone thinks its mind seeing patterns where there are none. But I know these are the only people who can understand these broken words. They will not ask anyone else for the meaning. They will not wear any implants. They will work alone.
